Policy allows one or two personal images for user pages of active contributors, but "active" and "contributor" must come first. Commons is not Facebook.

Deletion Request Personal Images

This template can be used by administrators to inform a user that his media were deleted because they were considered personal images without any educational value. The user is also informed that the tradition granting a few personal images to active contributors applies only to such users.

The template may also be used to motivate a deletion request.
