unknown provinceThis template accepts two fields:

• provincie: The province in Dutch
• plaats: The location in Dutch

If plaats is set it will return the English name of the location. If plaats is not 'set it will fallback to provincie and return the English name of the province. This template should only be substituted and not be transcluded.
