Category:North pointer map symbols has them for steps of 5°

At this file, I was wondering why 33° uses the icon for 45°.

It appears that Template:Compass rose file is used by Module:Map#L-248 (for Template:Map) to display etc.

At Category:North pointer map symbols there are now files for steps of 5° (before steps of 15°).

The following change should make use of it: diff
