In eastern North Little Rock it will go west on Washington Avenue, then south on Maple Street and across the Arkansas River on the Main Street bridge to Little Rock. It will go through Riverfront Park, where Riverfest will be going on and where Fox expects the line to be more than one-person deep, to Broadway. Going south on Broadway, it will go to Capitol Avenue, then west on Capitol to the state Capitol, which it will circle. From the Capitol the line will cross the Wilbur D. Mills Freeway on Marshall Street to Arkansas Children's Hospital. It will go through the hospital halls hospital [sic], back out to Marshall Street and south to Tenth Street. It will head west on Tenth to Wolfe, south on Wolfe to Twelfth Street, then west on Twelfth to Kanis Road and along Kanis until the line turns south on John Barrow Road. At Asher Avenue it will turn west to state Highway 5, which it will follow to Benton. At Benton, the line switches to U.S. Highway 67 until Texarkana."
