Sorry, I am an attorney, and should know better, but I have never worried
about the licenses on my personal photos.  If you would like to use that one
Lima temple photo, why don't you use it under a Creative Commons license 
cc-by-sa. You may use it for free for any purpose, and so can anyone else, 
as long as it is also used under a Creative Commons license.

Creative Commons license - Many available but these are useful and similar
to Flickr licenses
cc-by-sa - Creative commons - must be attributed and derivatives must also
be licensed cc-by-sa
