Federal judge???[edit]

How did you end up getting asked by a federal judge about Google thumbnails??? I only see two quite innocuous artistic nudes in your user contributions, and I certainly hope no one would ever hassle you over that.

The way I see it, it's up to Google to figure out what to do with their own service. It's not like you make them thumbnail your contributions. Wnt (talk) 13:16, 8 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Neeley Jr. v 5 Federal Communications Commissioners, et. al.[edit]

GOOG offered me $5-million if I would drop the lawsuit against them and the FCC. I would not. GOOG spent many hundreds of thousands in legal fees alone and deleted the scanned book preview I demanded roughly when Hon Denny Chin in SDNY called these GOOG book previews an allowed fair-use. GOOG/MSFT met all my demands and the FCC declared the 'net' a common carrier of communications on February 26, 2015, as I had demanded. I was dismissed for calling a judge's decision a demonstration of early onset senility or other mental defect due to my TBI.
