Warning: revert warring, bringing Wikipedia conflict here[edit]

See Commons:Administrators' noticeboard/User problems#Ryulong's blind reverts (permanent link to current version). Please do not edit war. Please do not add original research to images unless you expect consensus, which was obviously not the case in this series of incidents. Seek agreement, not victory. If you don't know how to do that, ask for help.

I have copied your reverted material from the file page to File talk:Flag of Ryukyu.svg.I have reverted several of your additions of "Wikipedia hoax," adding a note to those pages that inclusion is not a guarantee of authenticity. It is possible that more can be done to call attention to possible problems, but this is essential for Commons: seek consensus. It is not difficult. The goal on Commons is not fact, but useful images. This was completely appropriate, though it may or may not produce results.

If you want to do original research, it is welcome on en.wikiversity. Ping my talk page there, and I'll show you around and help you do what you might want to do. Wikiversity is highly inclusive and you can report controversial research there. There are limits, basically ethical and avoiding disruption, such as not attacking other WMF users. But you can study WMF articles, etc. --Abd (talk) 21:22, 13 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Please don't continue to use AN/U to argue content issues or claim that problems were due to the other user, as with this: [1]. That was provocative. If you have further editing you want to do with regard to this matter, please use the appropriate talk pages to discuss. Thanks. --Abd (talk) 17:36, 14 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

File:Manchuria.png requires updating[edit]

Hi Nanshu,
Thank you for your contributions to Commons. I noticed File:Manchuria.png is out of date. Can we have a scholarly source on the northern limit and the general territorial scope of the Outer Manchuria concept? The map has been reverted several times because of Sakharin Island. Could you update it? Thanks again. Geographyinitiative (talk) 22:21, 29 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
