- Former Ullmann Tenement Building (aka Ullmann Palace). Three-storey, eclectic cornerbuilding Planned by Vilmos Freund. Completed in 1884. Architectural sculptures ade by Leo Fresner. Built to the noble Sándor Ullmann von erényi, banker, lawyer, member of the Hungarian Parliament, philantrop, founder of a Polyclinic. Since 1998 exclusively office building (with groundfloor shops) - 11 Andrássy Avenue = 11 Káldy Gyula Street, District VI of Budapest.
