English: The British Rail Class 155 "Super-Sprinter" is a diesel multiple unit. These DMU's were built by British Leyland in 1987 as part of British Rail's replacement of its aging diesel fleet. Most did not last long, and in 1991/1992 most were converted into the single car Class 153. Of the 42 Class 155 units originally built, only 7 remain.
