English: 802 16th Avenue, Seattle, Washington, originally built c. 1900 for vaudeville impresario John W. Considine, Sr. Later owned by Seattle City Council member Aaron L. Cohen; the building also served for over 50 years as a convent for the nearby Immaculate Conception church. As of 2021, the house is divided into four units, two of them occupied respectively by the building's owner, artist Sue Perry, and her daughter Amy Hagopian.
