English: Some 500 spectacular pieces discovered during Franck Goddio’s underwater excavations, thanks to the Hilti Foundation, were presented at the Grand Palais nave from 9 December 2006 – 16 March 2007 which retrace the history of Egypt from the last Pharaohs to Alexander the Great, from the Hellenic conquests to the Roman Empire, and from the Christian era to the rise of Islam.
Français : La Nef du Grand Palais a accueilli, du 9 décembre 2006 au 16 mars 2007, une exposition de près de 500 objets exceptionnels découverts au cours de fouilles sous-marines menées par une équipe d’archéologues dirigée depuis plus de dix ans par Franck Goddio.
