The First Presbyterian Church in Philadelphia is located at the southeast corner of 21st & Walnut Streets (since 1949).
- The Presbyterian Church built its first Philadelphia building (1704) at the southeast corner of High (now Market) & Bank Streets (west of 3rd).
- Following a fire, a new Greek Revival building was built on the same site, 1793-94.
- The congregation built a much larger building, on Washington Square at 7th Street, in 1820. It occupied this for more than a century, until 1929.
- The congregation merged with Calvary Presbyterian Church in 1929, and moved to its building at 15th & Locust Streets.
- The congregation merged with the Second Presbyterian Church in 1949, and moved to its building at 21st & Walnut Streets.
