English: The Lord Ashburton was a wooden three-masted ship built 1843 by Briggs & Co., at Brandy Cove, near St. Andrews, NB. Dimensions: Length / Beam 155 × 33 ft (47.2 × 10 m), Tonnage: 1009 GRT. Wrecked and sunk near Eel Brook Cove, near Ashburton Head, Grand Manan Island (NB). Date of loss: January 19, 1857.[1][2]
