English: Northend (also known as Nurden to locals) is a village in south-east Warwickshire, England, located some 10 kilometres north of the town of Banbury. Situated at the foot of the Burton Dassett Hills, which contain Burton Dassett Country Park, it is less than a mile east of the M40 motorway. There was once a primary school in the village but this was forced to close due to lack of pupils and it has now been converted into a house. There are two churches in the village, a Church of England building which is dedicated to All Saints and Northend Methodist Church.
