The iconic Rainier Brewery at 3100 Airport Way South, also known as of 2007 as the Arts Brewery, home as of 2007 of Tully's Coffee. This is the building most Seattleites mean when they say "Rainier Brewery". It is also known as the "Sick's Rainier Brewery" and the "Bayview Brewery". Portions of the current complex date back as early as 1888, with the newest (and tallest) portions dating to the late 1940s. Distinct from the older Georgetown Rainier Brewery.
