Konrad-Lerch-Ring 6 (Monument zone), town hall of the Rhineland-Palatinate collective municipality Offenbach an der Queich.

The listed house was built from 1977 to 1979 to plans by the Landau architect Eduard Arnold.
Reinforced concrete skeleton building with variable floor plan.
Complete structural composition with open space design.
The Percent for Art was realized by sculptor Prof. Karl-Heinz Deutsch, Jockgrim.
In August 2016 put under protection, demolition approved.
Several concrete reliefs should be preserved during the demolition.
