Deutsch: Das Stoppelaëre-Haus (25° 44′ 31″ N 32° 37′ 38″ O) wurde 1950 von Hassan Fathy (1900–1989) als Gästehaus des ägyptischen Antikendiensts und Wohnhaus des zu jener Zeit tätigen belgischen Chefrestaurators Dr. Alexandre Stoppelaëre (1890–1978) errichtet. Das Gebäude sollte nicht mit dem Carter House verwechselt werden.
English: The Stoppelaëre House (25° 44′ 31″ N 32° 37′ 38″ E) was build in 1950 by Hassan Fathy (1900–1989). It was used as a guest house of the Egyptian antiquities service. In the 1950es it was used by the Belgian chief restaurateur Dr. Alexandre Stoppelaëre (1890–1978). This building should not be confused with the Carter House.
