English: A vacuum coffee pot, also called a vacuum brewer, siphon brewer or syphon brewer, is a coffee maker with two chambers. Steam in the lower chamber forces hot water into the upper chamber, where the coffee grounds are. The heat source is then removed and the vacuum in the cooling lower chamber siphons the coffee through a filter back to the lower chamber.
