In 1921 the mill was completely renewed by Wilhelm Meyer. The technical equipment was equipped with a roller mill, a gristmill and a milling gear.
In the 1960s, Gerhard Meyer shut down the business and sold the mill.
In 1983, after several changes of ownership, Prof. Dr. Volker Schütz bought the mill and converted it into a residential mill.
In 1998 during the spring storms the wooden sails, which had been renewed in 1989, partially broke off due to wood rot and were replaced by steel rods in 2000.
