Proposed move[edit]
I am proposing to move this category from "Cowes et East-Cowes" to "Cowes". This is because the two towns are separate and are regarded so, especially on the Isle of Wight. The Wikipedia articles (Cowes/East Cowes) have recently been split to represent this fact. I have created a category for East Cowes (Category:East Cowes), and moved all of the relevant files to it. Therefore this category now only contains images of Cowes, hence why I am proposing a renames as such.
The rename would also remove the what I presume to be French name. Category names should always be in English, see Commons:Categories. Arriva436talk/contribs 15:51, 17 July 2009 (UTC)
