Commons talk:Requests for comment/RfD

Note: this RFC isn't linked from anywhere - see COM:CENT. Also the proposals should be individually signed. Finally, it seems to be overlooked that DRs aren't decided by voting, so poor or irrelevant nominations or DR comments don't matter much, as long as they don't become disruptive. You can register your support or oppose the contents of the proposal. I know a guy who has 16000+ edits on Commons only by making DRs, voting  Delete or  Keep on others and doesn't have a single upload. Is it what we're looking for? Hindustanilanguage (talk) 06:16, 28 May 2012 (UTC).[reply]
If the quality of DR nominations and comments is good, then yes, there's nothing wrong with such specialisation. In fact, assuming the contributions are good quality, I'd rather have someone like that than a prolific uploader of images he didn't take who has no clue about copyright.
