Deutsch: Der Altenbergturm in Sulzbach-Laufen, Übersichtstafel. Die Treppe besteht aus 33 Teiltreppen mit je 6 Stufen und einem letzten mit drei Stufen, zwischen ihnen liegt jeweils eine hölzerne Plattform. Nach jeweils vier Teiltreppen hat der Besteiger den Turm einmal umrundet. Man betritt die Treppe in Richtung Nordost und erreicht die Aussichtsplattform in Richtung Südwest. Eine ältere Topographische Karte 1:25.000 weist für den Berg eine Höhe von 564,7 m NN aus, die laut Zeichnung 35,18 m bis zur Aussichtsplattform ergäben also knapp 600 m NN; bei den Gründungsarbeiten wurde allerdings noch Schotter aufgeschüttet. Anmerkung: Auf der Übersichtstafel sind 27 Teiltreppen eingezeichnet, was eine Stufenhöhe von über 21 cm ergeben hätte. Durch die Ausführung mit 33 Teiltreppen konnte die Stufenhöhe auf moderate 17½ cm verringert werden. Nach jeweils etwa einem Drittel an gewonnener Höhe geht der Besteiger über eine Ruheplattform, an deren Ende er sich zusätzlich um 90 Grad zum Anfang der nächsten Teiltreppe wendet. Oben angekommen hat er den Treppenturm nicht acht- sondern acht-und-einhalb-mal umrundet. |
