Description
Deutsch: Der 1766m hoch gelegene Zollnersee liegt zwischen dem nördlichen Seebühel (rechts im Bild) und dem südlichen Grenzkamm der Karnischen Alpen (links im Bild).

Im Hintergrund ist der Hohe und der Kleine Trieb zu sehen. Von besonderem Reiz ist das Seeufer, das von Büschen, Almrausch, Bürstlingrasen und Sumpfwiesen umsäumt wird.

Das Gebiet um den Zollnersee ist geologisch von hoher Bedeutung, weshalb es rund um den See einen sogenannten Geotrail gibt. Dieser besteht aus unterschiedlichen Stationen und vermittelt Einblicke in die Geologie.
