Description
Svenska: Årsta slott, kakelrummet, nedervåningen. Väggarna är klädda med brunt kakel och bildfriser i blått och vitt, allt specialbeställt från Delft i Holland. Bilderna på friserna föreställer bland annat verk på Rijksmuseum i Amsterdam. En av avbilderna föreställer en avbild av Stadsvaktens festmåltid till minne av freden i Westfalen 1648 efter trettiåriga kriget. Andra konsthantverk föreställer motiv med landskapsscener med betande djur och vattenspeglar med små segelfartyg.
Deutsch: Schloss Årsta, der Fliesensaal im Erdgeschoss. Die Wände sind mit braunen Kacheln und Bildfriesen in Blau und Weiß verkleidet, die eigens aus Delft in Holland bestellt wurden. Zu den Bildern auf den Friesen gehören Werke aus dem Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam. Eines der Bilder zeigt eine Darstellung des Banketts der Stadtwache zum Gedenken an den Westfälischen Frieden von 1648 nach dem Dreißigjährigen Krieg. Andere zeigen Motive von Landschaftsszenen mit weidenden Tieren und Wasserspiegeln mit kleinen Segelschiffen.
