Description
English: Étang de Lanoux is the largest lake in the French Pyrenees. Its dam was built between 1957 and 1960. It now covers an area of 172 hectares. The mountain to the right of the lake is Pic Carlit (altitude 2 921 metres), the highest in the Pyrénées-Orientales..
