Description
Türkçe: Avcı-toplayıcı topluluklar Paleolitik Çağ boyunca doğal ortamın sağladığı kaynaklara; meyve, yemiş, ot, kök ve yumruların yetiştiği mevsimlere; avladıkları hayvanların türlerinin bulunduğu bölgelere bağlı olarak göçebe bir yaşam sürdürmüşlerdir. Bu düzen içerisinde olumsuz koşullardan, doğada karşı karşıya kaldıkları tehlikelerden korunmak ve barınmak amacıyla mağara ve kaya sığınaklarını kullanmışlardır. Denetim altına aldıkları ateş yaşamın merkezi olmuş, Buzul Çağının zor koşullarına dayanabilmelerini ve ısınmalarını sağlamanın yanı sıra yabani hayvanlardan korunmalarını ve yaşam alanlarını genişletmelerine de olanak sağlamıştır.
