Description
Čeština: Autor fotografie Jiří Zelenka.Švestkové knedlíky z bramborového těsta. Základní bramborové těsto. Náplň (čerstvé ovoce nebo kompotované). Českou specialitou je jako náplň čerstvá švestka. Teplé knedlíky se omastí rozpuštěným máslem. Posyp : mletý mák, tvrdý tvaroh strouhaný, opražená strouhánka, strouhaný perník atd. Sladidlo práškový cukr. V dietním stravování se používá náhradní umělé sladidlo. Porce v ČR mají dvě velikosti (obědová a moučníková). Váhu porce udává ČSN. Czech Republic.
