Description

Ελληνικά: Μιδέα. Η ακρόπολη του Περσέα, η αρχαία Μιδέα θεωρείται ως η τρίτη σε σημασία οχυρωμένη Μυκηναϊκή Ακρόπολη της Αργολίδας, μετά τις Μυκήνες και την Τίρυνθα. Το κυκλώπειο τείχος περικλείει έκταση 24.000 τ.μ. περίπου. Κατείχε την ανατολική πλευρά της πλούσιας αργολικής πεδιάδας σε μια θέση σπουδαία, που έλεγχε τους δρόμους οι οποίοι οδηγούσαν προς την Επίδαυρο μέσω του Αραχναίου όρους.
