English: The picture shows a dispersed gas/liquid system. The system consists of a continuous liquid medium (dispersion medium) in which a large number of gas bubbles (dispersed phase) are distributed.
We can observe this occurrence due to the fact that sodium lauryl sulfate has amphiphilicity, that is, it can exhibit hydrophilic and hydrophobic properties at the same time.
Українська: На рисунку представлена дисперсна система газ/рідина. Система складається із безперервного рідкого середовища (дисперсійне середовище), в якому розподілено велику кількість бульбашок газу (дисперсна фаза).
