Description
Русский: Глазо-антенальный диск и зрительная доля мозга личинки третьего возраста Drosophila melanogaster. Зеленым цветом окрашены дифференцированные фотонейроны R8 и часть нейронов зрительной доли мозга, красным – мембранный белок Chaoptin, специфичный только для фоторецепторов. Ядра всех клеток окрашены синим. Масштаб – 50 мкм.
English: Eye-antennal disc and optic lobe of third-instar larvae of Drosophila melanogaster. Differentiated R8 photoreceptors and some neurons in optic lobe are stained in green. Membrane protein Chaoptin which is photoreceptor specific is red. Nuclei of all cells are stained in blue. Scale bar: 50 µm.
