| Description |
English: Endemic coniferous tree - Molika. Molika or Macedonian pine (scientific. Pinus peuce) — a type of pine tree that grows in the mountains of Macedonia. It can also be found in parts of Bulgaria, Albania, Serbia, Montenegro and in small areas in Aegean Macedonia, usually at (600-) 1,000-2,200 m above sea level. It often reaches the alpine forest border in this area. They grow 35-40 m in height, with a trunk diameter of 1.5 m. Among the pines, it is classified as a "white pine", and like all pines, the leaves (needles) stand in fascicles (bundles) of five, with a variable sheath.
Македонски: Молика или македонски бор (науч. Pinus peuce) — вид борово дрво што вирее по планините во Македонија. Може да се најде и во делови од Бугарија, Албанија, Србија, Црна Гора и во мали предели во Егејска Македонија, обично на (600-) 1.000-2.200 м надморска височина. Честопати ја достигнува алпската шумска граница во оваа област. Растат 35-40 м во височина, со пречник на трупот од 1,5 м. Меѓу боровите се класификува како „бел бор“, и како и сите борови, листовите (игличките) стојат во фасцикли (снопови) од пет, со менлива обвивка. |
