Summary[edit]

Description
English: Once, being in the walking-tour, I watched the ants. My camera was by me. It seemed the ants were constructing their habitation under the flat stone. Small ants, I think “builders”, were running, taking different debris out from under the stone somewhere far from the entrance. Among these hard workers I saw some large ants with the big heads – “soldiers”, who were slowly going near the entrance doing nothing. My camera had the macro lens attached to it and I began to take photos of the ants’ work. Some moment I saw two – three large ants dragging the small ant - hard worker – from under the stone. And just before my eyes they put him to death, stretching his extremities into different directions. I saw the ant to writhe with pain. So, the “soldiers” tore his extremity off and dragged him under the stone. I took several shots and I was really shocked with what I’ve seen.
