| Description |
Українська: Колаж з мікрофотографій поруватого фосфіду індію, отриманого методом електрохімічного травлення. Технологія ця досить проста: напівпровідник з абсолютно гладкою поверхнею поміщають в розчин кислоти, через який пропускають електричний струм. Змінюючи умови травлення та складу електроліту можна домогтися величезного розмаїття одержуваних наноструктур.
Наноструктура - це сукупність нанорозмірних об'єктів штучного або природного походження, властивості якої визначаються не тільки розміром структурних елементів, але і їх взаємним розташуванням в просторі. Очевидно, що неозброєним поглядом такі структури побачити неможливо. Для цього використовують спеціальні надпотужні мікроскопи, що дозволяють отримувати зображення об'єктів з максимальним збільшенням до мільйона разів. Важливим моментом є вибір області фотографування - структура, як правило, не є рівномірною. І тому потрібен ретельний аналіз поверхні кристала. English: Сollage of indium phosphide porous |
