Description
Українська: Мох в поляризованному світлі. Клітини цього моху мают дуже товсті клітинні стінки із целюлози, яка має властівість подвійного заломлення світла. Завдяки цьому, при встановленні поляризаційних фільтрів та компенсаційної пластинки на микроскоп, можна отримати різне забарвлення частин моху.
English: Moss in polarized light. The cells of this moss have very thick cell walls of cellulose, which has the property of double refraction. Due to this, when installing polarizing filters and a compensation plate on the microscope, you can get different colors of moss parts.
