Русский: На берегу реки Урал, у самой границы Европы и Азии, стоят две фигуры развернутые друг к другу. Это Советский воин и заводской рабочий. Воин принимает от рабочего меч – как символ оружия, созданного в тылу. По задумке автора монумента, скульптора Льва Головницкого фигуры развернуты лицом друг к другу. Рабочий ориентирован на восток, в сторону уральских заводов. Воин, принявший меч, смотрит на запад – он готов направиться туда, на фронт, и бить врага.
Магнитогорск был выбран не случайно, именно здесь металл превращался в каждый третий снаряд и каждый второй лист броневой стали. Третий и самый молодой монумент триптиха – «Тыл – Фронту», он был установлен сравнительно недавно, в 1979 году и завершил задуманную Евгением Вучетичем композицию. Это памятник подвигу трудового народа, а Вечный огонь заключенный в камне - символ, восходящий к уральским сказам, «основа, центр мира скрепляющий небо и землю» |
