Українська: Забарвлення: осмієва кислота.
Збільшення: 400. Мікроскоп: MICRO(XS-5520). Нерв являє собою покриту оболонкою структуру, що складається з пучка нервових волокон. Під мікроскопом ми спостерігаємо поперечні перерізи мієлінових і безмієлінових нервових волокон, які є округлої форми. Мієлінове нервове волокно оточене мієліновою оболонкою, яке і має вигляд чорного кільця,в центрі якого знаходиться - осьовий циліндр. Мієлін надає нервові білого забарвлення, немієлінові волокна сірого забарвлення. Нерв складається з 3 оболонок: епіневрій, периневрій та ендоневрію. Довкола нерва знаходиться- епіневрій, який складається з кровоносних, лімфатичних судин та жирових включень. Прошарки сполучної тканини, які мають капіляри жовтого кольору - ендоневрій. Пучки нервових волокон оточені сполучнотканинним чохлом - периневрієм.English: Color: osmic acid. Magnification: 400. Microscope: MICRO(XS-5520). Under the microscope, we observe cross sections of myelin and myelin-free nerve fibers, which are round in shape. Myelin nerve fiber is surrounded by a myelin sheath and has the appearance of a black ring, in the center of which is - the axial cylinder. The nerve consists of 3 membranes: epineurium, perineurium and endoneuria. Around the nerve is epineurium, which consists of blood, lymphatic vessels and fatty inclusions. Layers of connective tissue that have yellow capillaries - endoneuria. Bundles of nerve fibers are surrounded by a connective tissue cover - perineurium. |
