Русский: Автор Лев Авксентьевич Овчинников (1926-2003) (https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D0%9E%D0%B2%D1%87%D0%B8%D0%BD%D0%BD%D0%B8%D0%BA%D0%BE%D0%B2,_%D0%9B%D0%B5%D0%B2_%D0%90%D0%B2%D0%BA%D1%81%D0%B5%D0%BD%D1%82%D1%8C%D0%B5%D0%B2%D0%B8%D1%87) дружил с Александром Семеновичем, работал с ним одновременно в Ленинградской литографской мастерской. На холсте изображен Ведерников, сидящий с кисточкой в руках, погруженный в воспоминания. Фоном служат картины по мотивам работ самого Ведерникова. Овчинниковым был воссоздан мир, окружавший его и Ведерникова в детстве (оба были родом из одного района на Волге): гармони, тройки лошадей, резные птицы сирин на наличниках домов, львы и русалки, пароходы, плывущие по Волге, городецкие храмы из прошлого, затопленные водохранилищами сегодняшние и множество других примет и деталей. Ассоциации и воспоминания, которые питали творчество обоих художников.
