Русский: Проводящий пучок стебля пшеницы (Triticum). Самые крупные клетки проводящего пучка – это сосуды метаксилемы. На микрофотографии они напоминают «глаза» смайлика. «Нос и рот» - это сосуд протоксилемы. Выше ксилемы расположены клетки флоэмы, окрашенные в синий цвет. Выше флоэмы и ниже ксилемы расположены клетки склеренхимы, окрашенные в красные оттенки.
Авторский постоянный препарат, полихромная окраска тканей. Световая микроскопия, светлое поле в проходящем свете.
