Description
Русский: План зданий президиума, музеев и библиотеки АН СССР в районе Якиманка, наложенный на современный план. Проект мастерской А. В. Щусева, фактически принятый к постройке в 1939 году. Корпус, выходящий на Крымский Вал, был начат постройкой и заморожен в 1941 году. Источники:

English: Plan for the Academy of Sciences buildings in Moscow, designed by Alexey Shchusev in the late 1930s - superimposed on present-day map. Construction began in 1939 and was terminated in 1941 (along the nearby Palace of Soviets project). Unfinished foundations remained abandoned until the construction of the New Tretyakov Gallery building began in 1960s. Eastern part was filled with earth and became the Museon Park.
