Description
Українська: Єврейська синагога, Меджибіж, вул. Островського. Молитовна зала (сучасний інтер'єр). Має назву "Синагога Апта" від імені цадика Аптер Ребе - Абрагама Єгошуа Гешеля, також відомого за назвою свого головного трактату "Огев Ісраель". Учень Ісраеля Баал Шем Това, оселився в Меджибожі приблизно у 1810 р., помер у 1825 р. Нинішня будівля синагоги більш пізня, побудована на місці попередньої.
