Description
Русский: Усадьба расположена в селе Петровское, известное с 1521 года. Первоначально принадлежало семье Милославских. После стрелецкого бунта село вместе с постройками было передано Петром I, возлагавшего отвественность за беспорядки на боярина Ивана Михайловича Милославского, Матвею Филимоновичу Нарышкину. После его смерти имение перешло его наследникам. Последний из Нарышкиных - тайный советник, сенатор и действительный камергер, Алексей Васильевич Нарышкин, владел селом до 1786 года.

После приобретения села вместе с имением крупным горнозаводчиком и статским советником Александром Григорьевичем Демидовым в 1798 г. имение преобразилось. Тогда же был построен и храм Петра и Павла, а старая церковь была переосвещена в честь Николая Мирликийского. В 1832 году отставной поручик Павел Григорьевич Демидов продал имение Петровское купцу 1-ой гильдии Дмитрию Прокофьевичу Шелапутину. Потом происходит быстрая смена хозяев: Голицыны владели всего две недели селом, однако успели переселить крестьян в свое другое имение в Тверской области, объясняя это тем, что новый хозяин - купец 3-ей гильдии Иван Григорьевич Фирсанов не имел права владения крепостными.

В 1857 году именя Петровское и Лыткарино были объединены княгиней Елизаветой Николаевной Чернышевой. Последние помещики Барятинские в имении проживали редко и сдавали его внаем.
