Русский: Первоначально усадьба принадлежала семье учителя Петра I Никиты Моисеевича Зотова, на прошение от 29 марта 1702 года царь нанес резолюцию: «…Думному дворянину и печатнику Никите Моисеевичу Зотову за ево многие службы … пожаловать деревню Лыткорину безденежно». Как свидетельствуют документы генерального межевания 1767года, на левом берегу реки Москвы был «господский дом деревянный, при нем сад регулярный с плодовыми деревьями”. В начале XIX века владелицей имения становится Елизавета Николаевна Зотова в замужестве Чернышева, жена героя войны 1812 года - Александра Ивановича.
В 1880 г. младшая дочь Елизаветы, Мария Александровна, наследница по завещанию, отстраивает барский дом заново. С западной стороны имения открывался вид на усадебный парк с рядами липовых, добовых и вязовых аллей, где установлены были Солнечные часы. Сохранился только постамент, сами часы утрачены и восстановлены по рисункам. Каскад прудов нисходил к пойме Москва-реки, в настоящее время не существует. С 1950 года внутрение помещения усадьбы подвергались нещадной перестройке. Большую часть деревьев вырубили, чтобы освободить территорию для строительства.
