Построена в 1494 г. Адрес: г. Псков, ул. Георгиевская (бывш. Урицкого), 1.

Взвозами назывались во Пскове подъемы, устроенные от реки к берегу. Таких подъемов было несколько: напр., Георгиевский, у Георгиевских ворот; Плоский, у Плоских ворот; Лубянский, на Запсковье, против Кремля. У нижних Решеток были Взвозские ворота; на месте нынешней Лапиной горки была церковь св. Николая со Взвозу.
