Description
עברית: חברת כלל נדל"ן היא חברת בת של כלל תעשיות, מתכננת לבנות מתחם של 5000 בתים בשטח מחצבת נשר הישנה על דרך בר יהודה ורחוב הכלניות בנשר. התוכנית של כלל תוכנית מכ/886 מתחם "כלל" - מגורים תוכנית 355-0459364 אושרה על ידי מינהל התכנון לאחר התנגדויות שונות. בנספח העצים כתוב: מופו 1,918 עצים מתוכם: 1,089 עצים מיועדים לשימור, 23 להעתקה ו779- עצים לכריתה. בפועל כלל הגישה בקשה לפקיד היערות במשרד החקלאות ל-3,893 עצים 1. בקשה 2323 לכריתה - 3,657 עצים 2. בקשה 2324 להעתקה - 236 עצים. הצילומים נעשו כדי לתעד את המתחם לפני הבנייה. באתר קיימים גם עצים פרויקט שיקום מחצבת נשר של הפסל יצחק דנציגר משנת 1971
