Description
עברית: נַחַל נֶשֶׁר (בערבית: ואדי א-טבל) זורם במורדותיו המזרחיים של הר הכרמל ומתחבר לנחל הקישון. משמעות שמו בערבית של הנחל, ואדי א-טבל - נחל התוף, משום רעש התיפוף היוצרות האבנים המידרדרות בזמן שיטפון, כנראה בשל הימצאות חללים קרסטיים בתשתית הסלע. התמונה צולמה בתוך שטח המחצבה שמפתחה בשנת 1965 על ידי חברת מחצבי אבן ונסגרה בשנות ה-2000
