| Description |
العربية: تتكون من العديد من المكونات المختلفة. اسم "أم علي" يعود إلى العصر الأيوبي في مصر. سميت على اسم زوجة حاكم الإمبراطورية الأيوبية في مصر التي طلبت من طهاتها أن يبتكروا ألذ حلوى يمكنهم صنعها وتوزيعها في جميع أنحاء البلاد، وأصبحت الوصفة المختارة طبقًا وطنيًا لمصر. وهذه الحلوى تقدم ساخنة وهي مزيج من الحليب ورقائق الخبز مع المكسرات تقدم بالصينية. وفي غرب العراق تسمى بالخميعة ويفضل إضافة الزبدة أو الدهن الحيواني لجعلها تكتسب دسمًا. أما في السودان فتسمى بفتة اللبن، واشتهرت في السعودية وتقدم في الحفلات الكبيرة كحفلات الزواج والأعراس. |
