[edit]Description„Nichts geht verloren" (Rückseite).jpg |
English: The Munich-based South Tyrolean artist Claudia Barcheri has addressed the archaeology of everyday objects with the art-in-architecture project “Nothing is lost” in Zeughausgasse in Innsbruck. The Sill Canal used to run along the site of a residential development by ARE Austrian Real Estate and NHT Neue Heimat Tirol. The 1.20 m high disc made of lacquered bronze incorporates finds that could have been recovered from the canal. Only vaguely recognizable on the front of the disc, they are more clearly visible on the back. The disk is supported by a roller, also made of bronze. |
