Description
中文（臺灣）：現供奉在三星鄉甘泉寺的石佛，屬第十六番清水寺千手觀世音，原設置在甘泉寺右後方柑仔溪叭哩沙水源地附近。清水寺位於京都府京都市，山號「音羽山」，以千手觀世音為本尊。 　　三星鄉甘泉寺千手觀世音形象，首戴寶冠，冠有化佛，其正大手有十八臂，先以二手為心合掌，一手把金剛杵，一手把三戟叉；一手把梵甲，一手把寶印；一手掌寶珠，一手把寶輪；一手把開敷蓮花，一手把羂索；一手把錫杖，一手把數珠；一手把淨瓶，一手出甘露；一手施出種種寶雨，一手施之無畏；又以二手當臍，右押左仰掌。其餘九百八十二手，皆於手中各執種種器杖等印，成單結手印。 　　宜蘭新西國三十三所觀音靈場的設立時間，可能是在1928（昭和3）年前後，以呈船形光背狀之石佛形式複製日本西国三十三箇所觀音靈場，由南至北依番數配置於宜蘭地區。
