中文（繁體）：丘逢甲「冬官第」橫匾，桃園市大園區青峰里（橫山）
English: Chiu Feng-chia (1864-1912) was a native of Tongluowan, Miaoli, Taiwan. This plaque commemorates his attainment of the highest rank upon imperial examination in 1889. Chiu was then chosen to serve as secretary of the Ministry of Works in Qing China. He later returned to Taiwan to teach instead of serving in Beijing. He was skilled in literature. Because the Ministry of Works was also known as Dongguan in ancient China, the plaque refers to "The Residence of the Dongguan". This plaque was originally located in the Chiu Family Temple in Yongjing Township, Changhua, Taiwan.
