中文（臺灣）：加禮宛仙水寺，創建時間為清咸豐年間，1924（大正13）年曾重建，日治時期位址在羅東郡五結庄頂清水字加禮宛173番地，今址為五結鄉季水路7號。以觀音佛祖為主神，寄祀三官大帝、延平郡王。基地面積33.47坪，建築面積11.9坪；祭祀圈包含加禮宛全部，例祭日為農曆2月19日與6月19日。其廟體建築立於三階台基之上，兩側牆體以紅磚砌築；正面面寬三間，出步起，中央明間開三關六扇門；次間台度以下為清水紅磚牆，其上為編竹夾泥牆面，中央開窗；屋頂鋪以紅瓦，翹脊，脊面可見豐富泥塑剪黏。 根據五結庄役場1936（昭和11）年出版的《寺廟臺帳》，當時五結庄共有38處宗教建築，有37處是台灣傳統廟宇，1處日本神社（二結稻荷社）。其中，在利澤簡八大庄範圍內，則有14處台灣傳統廟宇。大多數廟宇今仍存，但規模、型態均與《寺廟臺帳》所呈現的樣貌不同。 |
